Children's Continuum of Care

Children's Continuum of Care is a nonprofit provider of children's behavioral healthcare services in the state of New Jersey. Our services include Intensive In-Community Licensed Master Level Clinicians, Master Level Therapists, Behavioral Assistance, and Mentors. Telehealth and in-community services are provided at this time.

Children's Home Society of New Jersey

We provide adoption options, birth parent counseling, child abuse prevention and treatment, child care services, community, and neighborhood-based services, foster care, pre-and post-natal services, school-based youth services, child welfare services, early childhood, and parenting services, including ARC Grow and Trauma Focused CBT. 

Children's System of Care

DCF provides families with a virtual single point of contact that registers, tracks and coordinates care for children who are screened – at any level - into its Children's Behavioral Health Service System of Care.

ChoicePoint Addiction Services

Virtual or in-person addiction treatment center in Fair Lawn, NJ made to fit your life. Medicaid, Medicare, and almost all other insurance are accepted.

Emergency food and clothing; thrift store; community lunch program; Salvation Army Service Unit; job training; rural homeless outreach; networking; men's shelter and basket program.

Clarity Process Behavioral Consultants, LLC

CPBC is an approved Medicaid provider of Intensive In-Community IIC services and Behavioral Assistance. We also offer certified Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy ( TF-CBT ), Spanish speaking service delivery, and a Brain Wise curriculum which helps youth understand the human brain and learn to strengthen their critical thinking skills. 

Clear Conscience Counseling, LLC (John Gore, LCADC)

Therapeutic counseling services to the community, including the underserved. We offer intensive outpatient, outpatient, group, family, and Individual therapy as well as substance abuse and mental health treatment to adults and adolescents.

Comfort Zone Camp

A nonprofit 501(c)3 bereavement organization that transforms the lives of children who have experienced the death of a parent, sibling, or primary caregiver. Our programs are FREE of charge and include trust building activities and age-based support groups that break the emotional isolation grief often brings.

Community Hope, Inc.

Community Treatment Solutions

CTS provides prevention and community services to youth and families in Burlington County and the surrounding areas. Services include Treatment Homes, Therapeutic Supervised Visitation, and Functional Family Therapy.

Compassionate Friends / Burlington County Chapter

Family support group for the death of a child (including adult children). Open to parents, siblings and grandparents; regardless of circumstances, child's age or how recently the death occured. Also offers self-help support groups and phone support.

Connect Family Center

Connect Family Center Inc. is a faith based non-profit family support organization and a behavioral health agency established in 2003. Our mission is healing families. At Connect Family Center we provide IIC/BA - intensive in home and in community behavioral assistance, individual, marriage and family therapy, social services, community outreach and wrap around supportive care services to at risk children and families throughout the State of New Jersey and beyond. Continuum Associates

Continuum Associates addresses the needs of those who present with signs or symptoms associated with behavioral disorders and related developmental disabilities, including but not limited to "Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Disorder, Down Syndrome, and Learning Differences" through the use of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Council on Compulsive Gambling of NJ (CCGNJ)

In addition to the helpline, CCGNJ offers the ability to text ‘800GAMBLER’ to 53342 as well as a feature where an individual can ‘Click to Chat’ and communicate online with a representative to help find the best Support, Treatment, and Hope in NJ for the person. Problem gambling is a progressive illness that only gets worse, never better.
