Cognitive Perspective Restructuring Program (CPR)

A Program Designed to Reduce the Risk of Youth Addiction & Assist in self-development. The Cognitive Perspective Restructuring Program (CPR) is a prevention program with the goal of reducing negative behavior through self-development.

The CPR program consists of 10 sessions. You do not have to attend every session. It is designed to educate participants in methods to circumvent the possible development of an addiction and/or to avoid engaging in risky behaviors.

Children will learn:

  • Identifying and building personality, establishing self-awareness.
  • Understanding the importance of self-regulation and discipline. Finding
  • one’s passion and building capacity. Breaking through habit barriers.
  • How to develop a life plan and goal setting.

New Series of 10 Sessions Begins February 25th, 2025
Continues Tuesday Evenings, 6:30-8:00 pm.

No CPR Workshop will be held on February 11th or 18th.
