LIVING SPRINGS SENIOR RESIDENCE
In January 2011, ALCDC opened a 100-unit, LIHTC, senior apartment building. This award-winning development was co-developed with the Michaels Organization. Market rate and low-income units were developed for residents throughout our community. 

LIVING SPRINGS MANOR
The Manor was one of the first developments in Burlington County that was dedicated to disabled and military veterans. Additionally, 10 units were dedicated to providing permanent housing for our developmentally disabled residents on the State emergency list. 

COMMUNITY FOOD PANTRY
Our Food Bank serves as a driving force in our campaign against hunger. Hundreds of families are served each week with a complete bag of groceries. We collaborate with the South Jersey Food Bank, as a preferred vendor, and with scores of local businesses to support our community. In addition to food, we are a resource for school book bag distribution, meals for young children, and support for homeless or jobless residents.
