Epic Developmental Services provides in home and in community Applied Behavior Analysis therapy for individuals with Autism and developmental disabilities.  We are in-network with most major medical insurances and provide services through Performcare.  Currently, Individual Support Services (ISS) are provided through Performcare.  This is an in home and in community service that helps teach individuals aged 5 - 21 skills of activities of daily living including self-help skills, money management, and skills in the community.

Our staff consists of highly qualified and experienced Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), supervisors, and behavior technicians.  Every staff person must pass an intensive 2 day training, regardless of prior experience, that covers the skills of reinforcement, prompting, teaching skills, and data collection, among other areas.  In addition, each staff person must pass a series of competency checks to be cleared for hire and working with our clients.

We also have dedicated office staff to maintain relationships with our clients and their families, our staff and their schedules, and two BCBAs (Clinical Supervisor and Executive Director) who provide clinical oversight when needed.  This oversight may be in the form of records reviews, viewing data and graphs, or sight visits when necessary.
