BOSS Impact Academy is a community-based youth and family organization committed to empowering individuals, strengthening families, and creating lasting impact across generations. Based in Camden, New Jersey, we serve youth and families throughout Camden and surrounding counties through holistic, culturally responsive programming.

Our work focuses on mentorship, academic enrichment, leadership development, wellness support, and family engagement. Through programs such as B.O.S.S. Mentoring for boys, G.L.O.S.S. Mentoring for girls, the Youth Enrichment Institute, Parent Community Village, Wellness Connect, Cultural Exploration & Global Learning, and the Alumni Circle, we support young people from childhood through post-secondary pathways.

BOSS Impact Academy is dedicated to helping youth build confidence, resilience, and real-world skills while supporting families with resources, connections, and community. Our goal is to create safe, supportive spaces where young people can grow into leaders, scholars, and engaged citizens prepared for lifelong success.
