Encouraging Kids Family Resource Center is a private nonprofit, 501(c)(3) organization that began as a way for us to do what we love. Our vision is to create peaceful families and communities by providing current, trauma-informed research and information to those who interact with our kids at home, in school, and in our communities.
We are families helping families, providing recreation, support, and referral to parents and guardians with neurotypical and special needs children. We work with a very diverse population. We strive to be culturally sensitive, trauma-informed, and to incorporate the latest research on brain development, therapeutic methods, and strategies.
PerformCareNJ/DDD funding accepted. We have a sliding scale fee schedule as well.
