Mental Health Counseling
Our licensed counseling professionals assist clients at every stage of life with a wide range of issues, such as separation and divorce, bereavement, depression, anxiety, and chronic mental illness. Our support groups and community conferences offer coping strategies that help prevent smaller problems from becoming larger; and guide individuals, couples, and families toward new and effective ways of dealing with the challenges and transitions in their lives.

Senior Services
JFCS also offers a wide range of support services and programming devoted to helping senior citizens. These services are designed to help our aging population enjoy their golden years in the best way possible. Nursing visits, friendly visitors, and a meals-on-wheels program are just some of the many services we offer for seniors in Southern New Jersey.

Special Needs
Additionally, JFCS boasts a renowned and growing Special Needs Program. Individuals with special needs have access to a four-week full-day program to build independence, social interaction, instill confidence, and enhance the quality of life with engaging activities and caring instructors. The JFCS special Needs program also.

Family Assistance and Food Pantries
Through our three food pantries and family assistance services, JFCS is a key provider of food, resources, guidance, budgeting help, and emergency financial assistance to those who struggle to feed their families or have difficulty meeting critical household bills. JFCS also offers specialized counseling, education, and practical services to women and men dealing with domestic violence through our Project SARAH program, to end the cycle of violence and to help victims begin to live a life free from abuse and harm.
