MEND is a faith-based, affordable housing development organization that was incorporated as a New Jersey nonprofit corporation that develops, builds, owns, and manages affordable rental housing in southern New Jersey. Our housing portfolio provides a wide variety of below-market rental apartments for low and moderate-income individuals and families. MEND’s housing is available to households needing a helping hand in securing a decent, safe, affordable place to call home, including single adults, senior citizens, families, and persons with special needs. We work in partnership with municipalities that are seeking to fulfill their state-mandated affordable housing obligations.
