Oaks Integrated Care

On July 1, Twin Oaks Community Services merged with Greater Trenton Behavioral HealthCare to form Oaks Integrated Care. We offer over 135 unique programs for adults, children and families in nine counties throughout New Jersey designed to meet the needs of our community with compassion.

Adult Services
Twin Oaks continues to expand and strengthen programs for adults living with mental illness. By identifying and building strengths, consumers can improve their emotional well-being and stabilize symptoms of illness.

Facilitated connections to community resources reduce isolation, and support each individual’s capacity to make healthy choices.

Children and Families Services
Twin Oaks provides a comprehensive array of community based programs to address concerns impacting children and their families. Services range from case management to therapeutic home-based interventions to center based specialized partial care programs.

Twin Oaks Foster Home Program
Twin Oaks Foster Home Program provides stable, loving homes for children and teens of all ages who are unable to live with their biological families. Children referred to the program are often victims of abuse and neglect and have special emotional needs.

As with any type of child rearing, foster parenting is life-changing, challenging and rewarding. Foster parents open their hearts and homes to children by providing a safe, nurturing family environment. They serve as primary caregivers until reunification with the biological family is possible. Placement may be as brief as a few weeks or last until a permanent home is secured.

Food Pantry
The Twin Oaks Food Pantries, located in Mt. Holly and Berlin, provide Twin Oaks consumers and community members in need with basic food, clothing and household provisions.

Housing Development
Affordable housing provides an important foundation for the economic and social well-being of individuals, families, and the communities in which they live. Through ongoing outreach to new funding sources and communities, Twin Oaks will continue providing a chance for change with the service and community supports to make these efforts permanent.
