Queens Empowerment Academy (QEA) is a nonprofit organization committed to empowering girls in grades K–12 through social-emotional learning, mentorship, leadership development, and transformative experiences. Founded in 2018 and incorporated in 2022, QEA provides safe, affirming spaces where girls can build confidence, resilience, and life skills while fostering a strong sense of community and belonging.
Our programs include Rising Queens (K–8), Queens Ignite (high school), Queens Excel (teen change agents), and Saturday Academy (open to the community). Through engaging workshops, impactful trips, college readiness activities, and community service opportunities, QEA prepares girls to lead with purpose, navigate challenges, and thrive in school and beyond.
QEA also values family engagement through our Raising a Queen parent initiative, which gives guardians a voice and fosters stronger home and academy connections. With a mission rooted in equity, empowerment, and opportunity, Queens Empowerment Academy is shaping the next generation of leaders, one Queen at a time.
