Serving the needs of both the homeless and lower-income families by providing decent housing with the necessary supportive services that address a variety of personal issues many “at-risk” people face when seeking self-sufficiency and independence.
Emergency Shelter
We provide short-term emergency shelter with intensive case management services to homeless individuals and families by means of agency referral.
Transitional Housing
We provide temporary housing and appropriate supportive services to homeless persons to facilitate movement to independent living within 6 - 24 months.
Supportive Housing
We provide supportive rental housing to individuals and families who suffer from chronic homelessness, as well as a disability that requires supportive services to maintain housing stability.
Veteran Housing Choice Voucher Program
Military individuals and families may qualify for this Section 8 voucher housing program for honorably discharged homeless veterans.
Lead Paint Remediation
We test homes and apartments for the presence of lead paint -- a severe health danger, especially to young children. If found and applicants meet income guidelines, we arrange for the lead paint to be reduced substantially, improving the well-being of the family AT NO COST TO THE OWNER OR TENANT.
Case Management and Supportive Services consist of:
- Life skills, money management, budgeting, cleaning, grooming/hygiene, consumer awareness, community support
- Referral to medical and psychological services
- Referral to treatment programs for chemical addiction and mental health needs
- Case management, individual/group counseling, crisis prevention/Intervention
- Vocational assessment, career counseling, job training, and transportation.

| Eligibility | For housing, our clients are referred to us by the Burlington County Board of Social Services. For the Lead Paint Program, clients may be home owners or renters, living in a unit built before 1978, who meet low- to medium-income guidelines |
