Burlington County's Screening & Crisis Intervention Program (SCIP) provides mobile outreaches to consumers experiencing psychiatric crisis. Open 24 hours a day, SCIP offers emergency psychiatric services and aims to maximize use of the least restrictive alternative for treatment of psychiatric illness. Services include:

• Outreach
• 24-hour screening and psychiatry coverage
• Referrals
• Seven day follow-up evaluations
• Psycho-education to families
