Ad Astra Counseling supports clients and their families through mental health services, offering both in-person and telehealth sessions. We provide a range of high-quality therapy services including: individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, couples counseling, and special education advocacy and consultation.

Our clinicians have training and expertise in various modalities, including: sand play therapy, play therapy, mindfulness, and DBT skills training. We utilize an eclectic approach that is tailored to the individual needs of each client.

In addition to direct mental health services, we offer professional trainings for organizations and schools in the areas of trauma-informed practices for youth-focused organizations and educational systems, and basics of special education for mental health professionals. We also offer consultative services for schools, aimed at improving in-school mental health and crisis services, counseling services, and Child Study Team structures.
