The Art of Ascending offers a 12-week parent-support program built upon the BCARE Ascension Method™, a family-centered framework focused on strengthening Boundaries, Connection, Awareness, Respect, and Emotional Regulation.
This program was developed through over 15 years of experience working with children and families within New Jersey’s behavioral health system and is designed to complement existing care management, behavioral assistance, therapeutic, and family support services.
The program assists parents and caregivers in:
- Developing a healthy household structure and boundaries
- Improving communication within the family system
- Increasing emotional awareness and self-regulation
- Reducing reactive parenting patterns
- Strengthening parent-child connection
- Implementing consistent behavioral expectations and consequences
- Identifying triggers and patterns impacting family functioning
- Promoting accountability, respect, and intentional leadership within the home
The 12-week model includes:
- Structured weekly sessions
- Guided parent reflections and exercises
- Skill-building activities
- Practical implementation tools
- Emotional regulation strategies
- Communication and conflict-resolution support
- Individualized parent coaching and accountability
