The R.I.T.E. (Realizing Independence through Empowerment) Center is a consumer-run and managed self-help center for all consumers of mental health services in Burlington County. It provides a safe place for consumers to gather for socialization, emotional support, self-help, advocacy and education. The types of services and activities include: self-help groups, WRAP, Intentional Peer Support, Yoga, recreational activities, assistance with daily living needs, information, referral and linkage to additional community services, and wellness coaching. There is a strong philosophical approach to wellness and recovery.
