May 1 is a significant day for our local system of care. Effective 9:00 am that day, we transition to the unified care management model. All Burlington youth served through Twin Oaks-Youth Case Management (YCM) will be transferred to Partners for Kids and Families-Care Management Organization (CMO).

Throughout the state, recovery efforts are well underway. NJ 2-1-1 staff is in direct contact with VOAD (Voluntary Organizations Assisting in Disaster) and state and local government officials. As we learn of resources, we will post to this site.
