Corporate Compliance Plan
May 7, 2019
I am writing to you, our service provider community, as a follow up from a letter I sent in February 2019 regarding our agency’s Corporate Compliance Plan (the Plan). The Plan outlines Partners for Kids and Families’ (PFKF) strategies for continuing to satisfy our ethical and legal obligations and our standards for integrity and quality as well as fostering a culture of compliance.
In my February 2019 message to you, I indicated PFKF was in the process of updating its Plan and would notify you when it was completed. I am happy to report we have finished the revisions to our Plan and it is now available to the public.
You can review PFKF’s Plan and the relevant policies on our website at http://pfkf.org/policies/.
As a reminder, it is PFKF’s expectation that any organization providing Medicaid funded services to youth and families who are enrolled with PFKF will comply, when and where required, with Section 6032 of the Deficit Reduction Act of 2005. Specifically, these providers will have policies and procedures in place to prevent, detect and address fraud, waste, and abuse.
If you have any questions, you can contact Sarah Grant, PFKF’s Corporate Compliance Officer at (609) 518-6800 or [email protected]
Thank you for your continued commitment to our youth and families and for your ongoing partnership.
